Description: 

A tonsured Franciscan monk with joined hands kneels on the ground before James of the Marches, also Franciscan, who has rays as a nimbus and is tonsured. He holds a reliquary containing the blood of Christ in his right hand and a closed book in left hand. The figures are in a landscape with rocks, trees, and a city or castle in the background.
The margins are decorated with floreate ornament. In the lower margin are the heraldic shields of members of the Bosredont family: Guillaume (quarterly, vair and gules), Lehan (quarterly, 1 and 4 vair, 2 gules a lion rampant, 3 gules), George (quarterly, 1 and 4 vair, 2 gules a cross patty argent, 3 gules), Pierre (quarterly, 1 and 4 vair, 2 gules a label 3 points azure; 3 gules), Antoine (quarterly, vair and gules), Pierre (quarterly, vair and gules).
