MS G.55 fol. 135r
Description:

A nimbed and tonsured bishop who is bleeding from a wound on his head stands with joined hands. He is wearing a cope and gloves, and a miter lies next to him on the ground. Above, a star or the sun emits rays that touch his head. He is facing a horseman who wears armor and a hat with a feather and raises a sword in his right hand. The scene is in front of a church pierced by a sword. A group of male figures and a hill, behind which are towers, are in the background.
The margins are decorated with floreate ornament. The heraldic shield of Pierre de Bosredont (quarterly, vair and gules) is in the lower margin.
