On the right side of the frame is a statue of a male figure wearing a pilgrim's hat (possibly Apostle James Major, whose feast day is July 25) within an illusionistic architectural niche. Along the bottom border is a landscape. Within the landscape is a lion, the zodiac sign Leo, enclosed in an illusionistic frame.
