My story is about a girl named Arunima Sinha and her ambitious life. Because of a tragic accident, she lost her leg and had to get a prosthetic. The feelings that this book shows, in the beginning, are appalling and horrid. After the climax, the story provided a lesson about not giving up. In creating this book, I learned that trauma is what leads many people to be more motivated. I didn’t realize that the illustrations would make it pop a lot more. I believe that this manuscript will influence my future writing and artwork and make it more comprehensive and thorough. My favorite part of this story is the end, when the purpose, the goal and the conflict is stated. My favorite part of the illustrations is the repetitive pattern on every page.
