On the old mount (no longer attached), in graphite, at upper center, possibly in the hand of Sir Bruce Ingram, "Bergen op Zoom / by Valentin Klotz"; and at lower right, in the hand of Carlos van Hasselt, "geschenken in 1961 / aan Carlos v. Hasselt / door Bruce en Lady Ingram".
