Album of thirty-one miniature portraits of participants in the Congress of Vienna, 1815. The drawings were presumably bound into an album in the mid 1820's by Decle, binder to the king, which was subsequently worked on by the Susse Frêres, binders active in the late 1830's and 1840's.

Each portrait is signed, dated, and inscribed by the artist in pen and brown ink. Accompanied by manuscript title-page by Isabey in pen and brown ink., "congrès de vienne / medailles / des 8 Souverains aliés. / portraits. / des 21 Ministres / et des 2 Secrétaires. / du protocole. / dessinés d'après nature, par J. Isabey / à vienne / an. 1815".
