Begun in 2006 and the work was finished in 2010. Folios 4 and 5 are dated 2007; folios 7 and 8 are dated 2008; folios 1 and 3 are dated 2009; and folios 2, 6, 9, and 10 are dated 2010.
Fols. 1, 6, and 9 are in a simplified Ashkenazic script; fols. 2, 3, 4, 5, and 8 are in a Hebrew monoline script; and fols. 7 and 10 are in a squared Ashkenazic script.
