Modern quarter black goatskin, with blue mottled paper sides, over paper boards (28 x 21.5 cm), sewn on 5 supports by Duprez-Lahey. Modern plain paper pastedowns and endleaves, with older plain paper endleaves; plain endbands.
Inscriptions/Markings: 

Hand decoration: Contemporary rubrication, alternating red and blue initials and paragraph marks, red capital strokes; woodcuts colored by hand in blue and brown wash. Annotations: No marginal notations in text.
