Modern quarter red goatskin with cloth sides over paper boards (28 x 20.5 cm.), sewn on 3 supports by Charlotte Ullman, 1967. Plain paper pastedowns and fly leaves; plain endbands.
Inscriptions/Markings
Hand decoration: Rubricated, red capital strokes, woodcuts and woodcut initials colored by hand, ecclipse diagrams tinted yellow, and decorative scrolls added to tituli. Annotations: Contemporary manuscript additions of popular German saint days added to calendar. Contemporary inscription, faded, illegible under UV (leaf [1]/1r).
