An unsigned bifolium, usually bound at the front of the book, contains a prefatory letter by the editor, addressed to Antonius Donatus and dated 30 November 1480, followed by 3 elegiac distichs by Hieronymus Donatus addressed to Ludovicus Cendrata, 11 elegiac distichs of Johannes Antonius Pantheus, and 7 hendecasyllables of Innocens Ziletus.
