15th-century blind-stamped German pigskin over wooden boards (28 x 21 cm), sewn on 3 supports by an unidentified German bindery (EBDB w003554, active ca. 1486-1501), with blind-stamped title and later stamped ownership monogram. Plain paper pastedowns (no fly leaves); edges colored yellow. 2 clasps.
Inscriptions/Markings: 

Hand decoration: Rubricated, alternating red and blue lombards and paragraph marks (with flourished tails). Annotations: No marginal notations. Contemporary foliation and alphabetic headline (through M), inscription: "Ihesus chr[ist]us" (leaf a1r).
