18th-century English gilt-tooled red morocco over heavy paper boards (33 x 23 cm), sewn on 6 supports. Marbled paper pastedowns and fly leaves with plain paper fly leaves; decorative endbands; gilt edges.
Inscriptions/Markings: 

Hand decoration: Rubricated, alternating red and blue initials; initial cut away and patched (leaf [2]/1r). Annotations: Contemporary Arabic foliation to tabula but marginal notations washed/faded.
