Join Morgan Docents for an interactive visual tour of the exhibition Holbein: Capturing Character. Participants will view highlights that examines Holbein’s career as a portraitist, becoming one of the most sought-after portraitists of the early Sixteenth century. Holbein’s paintings, drawings and prints, as well as examples of his contemporaries, reveal the fascinating culture of visual representation of individual identity that surrounds the practice of portrait making during the period.
