Leap off the page with our family program for young readers. Enjoy a family tour of the exhibition Crafting the Ballets Russes: The Robert Owen Lehman Collection followed by a picture book storytime. In August, we will read Firebird written by Misty Copeland and illustrated by Christopher Myers. Misty Copeland makes history as the first African American Female Principal Dancer with the prestigious American Ballet Theatre. This selection is a Coretta Scott King Award Winner and an Ezra Jack Keats Honor Book.
