Art for the Book/Art of the Book

In this mini-series children first become art printers, then book binders, and discover silk screen printing with Andy Warhol’s rarely seen artist books featured in Warhol by the Book.

Part 2: Art of the Book: Book Binding Bind your very own book using high quality professional materials with book artist and educator Stephanie Krause. If you have attended Part 1 of this miniseries, "Art for the Book: Silkscreen", you may bring your prints back to the Morgan and use them to create your book. You didn't attend Part 1? Not to worry. You'll still make an elegant blank book.

Please Note: Programs are limited to families with children, and this workshop is appropriate for children ages 8 and above due to the use of special art materials.
