The Capitouls were the municipal officers of Toulouse; this page was removed from the original register that was publicly burnt at Toulouse on Aug. 10, 1793--Cf. PML files.
Decoration: 2 large miniatures, 1 historiated initial; arms of Toulouse at bas-de-page; French Gothic style.
