J.J. Fuld, The book of world-famous libretti, (p. 335), states that the front cover is yellow and black; Library's copy is green and black.
Fuld also states that the date on the front cover of the copy in the British Library is 1866. The date on the Library's copy is MDCCCLXVII, but the final "I" is so indistinct that it may not be visible on the BL copy.
