Before 1991, all editions and recordings of this work were of the music found on sixteen pages of this manuscript (pp. 1-2 and 7-20). In 1989, four additional pages (p. 3-6) -- separated from the others possibly as early as 1800 -- were added to the original sixteen, thus completing the draft.
