Drawing shows the full-length figure of a man facing 3/4 left, wearing breeches, a bag or rucksack on his back, a scarf beneath a brimmed hat, and a fringed striped blanket over one shoulder; in his left at his side he holds a spherical container, evidently made of wood with a single metal hoop, with a handle at top.
