Summary
Drawing shows title text drawn in blue, red and brown ink, surrounded by a circle of coverting figures from various walks of life in French society (i.e. lorette, finance, chantre, gendarme, juge, etc.) all of whom pour wine into the waiting glasses of the figure at right, while holding up their own glasses to be filled at left.
