This sheet is a working design for a stage set featuring a central structure, the right half of which has been delineated, that frames a view to the sun being revealed by the parting clouds. The exuberant combination of architecture and nature is divided into units by the vertical dotted lines which correspond to the scale below. While Donald Oenslager associated the sheet with Berain, it is more likely by one of his contemporaries.
