Notes:
This collection of drawings was picked up from a North Italian dealer. All of the drawings in style and execution appear to be very closely related to I-O-3*, an album of eighteen theatre designs of Basoli. It may well have been that these drawings were intended to be reproduced in a volume of engravings. Many of the drawings are numbered in the upper right hand corner.
