Notes: 

Two designs are dated 1784 and 1792.
Pergolesi worked with Robert Adam in London; drawings preparatory for sets of engraved plates, later published in bound volumes with varying contents and publication dates. Copy in the Morgan Library from the collection of Mrs. J.P. Morgan is entitled "Designs for Various Ornaments: Vases, Figures, Medallions, Friezes, Pilasters, and other Ornaments in the Etruscan and Grotesque Styles", 70 plates, London, 1777-1801.
