Watermark: hunting horn with a shield (cf. Heawood 2664-97).

Inscription: 

Signed with monogram at left center, in brown ink, "S" above "ATK"; dated at lower center, "1607 1/1 ["1" superscript] / ANNO."; and again at lower right, "1607"; inscribed at upper center, in pseudo Hebrew, and illegibly in scroll held by cherubs. On verso, in graphite, "V 47 and "Martin de Vos".
