After a tondo in the Musée des Beaux-Arts in Nantes, which was once part of Perugino's polyptych in San Pietro, Perugia, commissioned in 1495 and completed in 1500.

Inscribed at lower right corner, in pen and brown ink, with Resta-Somers number, "g. 120".
