Signed and dated at lower right, with point of brush and gray wash, "H. Verschuring. f. 1679". Inscribed on the verso, at upper left, in brown ink, "21"; and at lower left, in graphite, "3".
Watermark: Foolscap with seven points over "4" and three balls.
