Notes: 

Rembrandt (1606-1669) corrected Renesse's original drawing, presumably when Renesse was in his studio ca. 1649.

Inscription: 

Inscribed at lower right, in brown ink, "Rembrand".
Watermark: Foolscap with five points over "4" and letters "ID" and three balls, partially obscured (similar to Heawood, no. 1963), cap with two balls.
