Lugt 202); his cousin, Bernard Granville, Llanover (?); his descendants; sale of a descendant, London, Puttick and Simpson, 22 December 1857, probably a drawing from lots 54 (15 drawings), 55 (12 drawings), or 56 (15 drawings), all under the name of van Ostade and described as: "small sketches of figures and groups, pen and wash" (all three lots to "Hermann" for £1.19.0, £2.4.0, and £2.6.0 respectively); Charles Fairfax Murray, London; from whom purchased in 1910 by J. Pierpont Morgan (no mark; see Lugt 1509).
