Summary
Apostle, Peter: Crucifixion -- Bust of Christ cross-nimbed, raising right hand in blessing, and holding book in draped left hand, appears in arc of heaven in clouds.
Below, Peter, nimbed, tonsured head downwards on cross with titulus and suppedaneum, is nailed in left hand by man with hammer. He is flanked above by four veiled women and four men, and below by six men, all mourning.
Scene within frame decorated with foliate ornament and with four medallions enclosing busts of male figures.
