Summary
Christ: Ascension -- Christ, cross-nimbed, with book in draped left hand and right hand raised, strides upward within mandorla above cloud-edged arc of heaven flanked by two nimbed angels, indicating Him above and below.
Below, separated by clouds, Virgin Mary, veiled, and eleven apostles including Peter tonsured, all stand and gesture.
Scene within frame decorated with foliate ornament and four medallions enclosing busts of three male figures and Hand of God emerging from cloudy arc of heaven.
