Particular history and description of St. Paul's Cathedral : built in the area where had been the Roman prætorian camp; but demolished by the Emperor Diocletian; afterwards rebuilt by the Emperor Constantine; destroyed again by the pagan Saxons; and again restored in the seventh century : to which is added, a description of The Monument.
