"The design of a tree on a seal found at Susa (Revue d'assyriologie, vol. XXVIII [1931], 44, xii) may be cited as a parallel for the tree of the present motif. This similarity could be taken to suggest that 1106 originated in Elam. The linear execution may indicate a dating in the time of the Neo-Assyrian linear style, that is, in the ninth or eighth century B.C."--Porada, CANES, p. 157
