Notes: 

"Seals 835-839 present animals as their principal subjects. Although 835 has no parallel among Achaemenian designs, it is included here becasue the lions, in respect to their erect posture as well as the linerar treatment of their muscles, resemble the animals in contest scenes of the fully developed Achaemenian style."--Porada, CANES, p. 104
