Immerse yourself in an evening of art, literature, live music, and cocktails, all set against the backdrop of the Morgan’s magnificent Gilded Age splendor. Wander through centuries of tarot art and symbolism in Tarot! Renaissance Symbols, Modern Visions; trace the gaze of photographer Peter Hujar in Hujar:Contact; and step into the world of poet John Ashbery in Friends Who Came to See Me: Drawings from John Ashbery’s Collection.

See what the cards have in store as you dive into tarot-inspired activities, create your own artistic vision through hands-on artmaking, savor mystical cocktails and delicious bites for purchase from the Morgan Café, and let the spirited jazz music of the Julian Smith Trio carry you through the evening. Morgan After Hours is open to guests ages 21 and over.

Suggested attire: A touch of metallic, if you feel so inclined.
