We look forward to seeing you at the Morgan.
Ticket Sales & Refunds
No more than four tickets per concert can be purchased at one time.
All sales are final; tickets are nonrefundable. If a ticketholder is unable to attend a performance, they may donate the value of their ticket to the Morgan’s Annual Fund by contacting tickets@themorgan.org.
In the event that the Morgan cancels a performance, purchasers will be notified by email, with information regarding refunds or rescheduling, as applicable.
Tickets are transferable. If a ticketholder is unable to attend a performance, they may transfer their ticket to someone else. The Morgan does not handle ticket transfers.
The Morgan is not responsible for tickets purchased through online resale marketplaces or unofficial ticket brokers. Third-party tickets may not be valid and may be more expensive than the actual face value of the ticket. The Morgan cannot replace lost tickets purchased through an unauthorized third party.
Seating & Late Arrival
All concerts in Gilder Lehrman Hall have reserved seating unless otherwise noted. Each ticketholder may occupy only the seat indicated on their ticket.
Doors to the performance space open 30 minutes prior to the posted performance time. Ticketholders should arrive with ample time to be seated before the performance begins. Doors will close promptly at the posted performance time. Late seating is not permitted.
Ticketholders will not be readmitted to the performance space if they leave during the performance.
Accessibility
The Morgan offers large print programs for all concerts upon request.
The Morgan offers assistive listening devices for concerts in Gilder Lehrman Hall upon request, subject to availability.
Some ticketholders may find the stairs in Gilder Lehrman Hall to be steep. The Morgan will automatically notify ticket purchasers of the number of stair steps between the entrance to Gilder Lehrman Hall and their selected seat. Ticketholders seeking to avoid stairs should select seats in the back row or the front two rows (which are accessible by elevator with a Morgan staff escort).
People with mobility disabilities requiring accessible seating because of their disability are permitted to purchase tickets for designated accessible seats. Gilder Lehrman Hall has a limited number of accessible seats. Please be aware that accessible seating spaces do not have a fixed seat. Ticketholders using these spaces should remain in their wheelchair or mobility device for the entire performance. Companion seats may be purchased.
Electronic Devices
All electronic devices must be silenced prior to entering the performance space. Photography, video recording, and audio recording are strictly prohibited during the performance.
Coat Check & Personal Items
The Morgan offers complimentary coat check at the main entrance.
The Morgan does not permit food or drink in the performance space. The Morgan Café is not open before or after concerts.
