Print shows George III as Hercules gripping a scaly figure with three heads on long serpentine necks; the head on the left, Charles James Fox utters, "O! this is my last gasp", on top is Frederick, Lord North, facing forward, with a large N on his forehead, and on the right is Edmund Burke spewing a cap representing "OEconomy." This cartoon was published shortly after George III dissolved Parliament and the subsequent election gave the Tories a firm mandate to govern.
