Summary
Bust of Edmund Burke, directed to the left, on top of a sarcophagus, two women mourning, both whole length, one on the right, standing, her face hidden on her hands; the other on the left, seated and looking down, her face leaning on her right hand, her left hand holding a torch that she is putting out by pressing it on the floor, the smoke filling the background of the scene.
