Summary
Print shows an experimental low riding wooden fighting vessel or raft, flying a French flag and equipped with wheels and a large cannon mounted on the stern; the various parts of the raft are numbered, with explanations provided below, including an explanation of a central tower containing the mechanism for the wheels driven "by means of horses."
