Summary

Print shows two men in clerical costume standing in front of a crowd; the man right angrily accosts the other man while waving a document which reads "a letter from F---r"; the man at left recoils as he clutches a document in his own hand which reads "an answer..."; he is defended by a female figure wearing a peaked hat who stands directly behind him and raises her hand against the other man; on the ground below their feet lie papers reading "Heresy &c.," "Hypocrisy," "Schism" "Test acts," "Persecution," "Episcopacy," etc.
