Summary
The Prince of Wales stands holding his hat and a tasselled cane, his right hand in his breeches pocket. His coat, breeches, waistcoat, and stockings are striped, suggesting a comparison with the picture of a braying 'Zebra' on the wall behind him. In the back-ground is a settee. Cf.
