Summary:

Print shows George, Prince of Wales, seated at a table eating and drinking with several bulls, the "Paddys", a reference to the Prince's Irish supporters, of whom two wear crowns. The illness of George III (1788-1790) raised the issue of a limited regency for the Prince.
