Summary
John Bull pushes a roller marked "Reform" over wigged representatives of old corruption, saying, "Ecod! I wish I had thought of this method of Levelling the Land Thirty Years ago, I should'nt have had such hard work on't now : the heaps of old Rubbish breaks easy enough, it shows they're quite rotton, -- push a hoy! -- any thing's better than Starvation."
