King George IV, on all fours, supports a large crown-shaped cake on his back; behind him an unidentified man in a short wig brandishes a cap (?) on his right hand and a sword in his left. Standing to the left is Queen Caroline, wearing a crown and holding a scepter; to the left stands Justice. Peeking from underneath the King is a moustached man in blue, possibly Bartolomeo Bergami, who says, "Non Mi Ricordo."
