Summary
The Regent (later King George IV) sits like a stuffed guy on 5 November in a carrying-chair, grasping his speech. The shafts are held by Viscount Sidmouth (with clyster-pipe in pocket) and Viscount Castlereagh (with scourge). The Regent is inset in a crescent moon.
