Summary

Three women, with mountainous and feathered headdresses sit, feet in the air and hands clasped under their kness, floating down the Thames, to the right, under the arches of a bridge, on their cork rumps. At far left are the heads of three men blowing the wind that makes the ladies float down the river. Five little ducks also appear on the water in the lower left corner. This print may refer to the regatta at Richmond.
