Inscribed "Ld. Thurlow" in ink below the knave, below the king is "The K--g", and beneath the central figure is "Mr Hastings".

Summary: 

Print shows two playing-cards, a knave and a king, between which kneels the figure of Warren Hasting in Oriental costume, holding out a diamond (suit-mark) in each hand towards the figure on each side of him; below the knave is etched "Thurlow" (the Lord Chancellor), while below the king is "Geo. III"; beneath the central figure is "Hastings".
