Summary
Cartoon shows a stage with footlights where the Royal British lion, with crown, scepter, and spectacles, approaches the throne, where he is confronted by the figure of Punch, who rises up before him from a cloud, holding out a wallet bound copy of Punch's pocket book; in the background, a crowd of royal guards stand with handkerchiefs held to their noses.
