Summary
Cartoon shows a stage with footlights where the caricatured figures of Lord Derby and Disraeli stand in Renaissance costume; Lord Derby, a lantern in his hand, points towards a mantlepiece on which stands a wallet or flap bound volume, probably intended to represent a copy of "Punch's pocket book", while Disraeli poses dramatically with his finger to his lips.
