Summary
Print shows an exciseman, clad in top hat and spurs and carrying a whip, addressing a brewer in cap and apron. The former holds up an account book in which he records the latter's taxable assets, saying: I forgot those Butts in the Corner Neigbour [sic]; the other man replies unhappily: Yes-Yes thee'lt keep a Pretty sharp look out there's no fear o'thee. At left, two large barrels stand on a platform and a dog looks on.
