Summary
Print shows Sheridan and the Duke of Norfolk staggering tipsily on the pavement of St. James's Street, walking from the door of 'Brooks's' (right) which they have just left Sheridan holds the Duke's right arm, and raises his right fist, saying, "And now, have at the Ministry, Damme!"; in his pocket are papers: 'Motions for to Badger Ministry'. The Duke says: "and Now for the Majesty of the People!" From his coat-pocket projects a bottle of 'Port'.
